Police Panel Interview, need help on these questions?
I have a police oral interview next week and i need help in answering these behavioral interview questions.
•Tell us of a time when you made a decision based on holding your integrity.
•Tell us of a time when you have made a mistake.
•Tell us of a time you have had to make an ethical decision.
could you please help me understand the questions and give examples
Just like Citicop said, these need to be “your answers”, not anyone else. The thing to remember is that they are looking for real-word responses. Something that demonstrates you are morally centered and in touch with reality. Do not tell any grandiose stories or embellish. Just be honest and try to think of good examples from your personal life. If you can’t think of anything off the bat, ask your friends or family if they can think of any examples that they remember. You’d be surprised the situations / scenarios you friends / family can recall that you may have forgotten.
