Best application and Interview Tips for an internal job promotion?

I work for a great company doing entry level stuff. I’ve worked there since July. I have nearly completed my Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with an emphasis in Human Resources. Just today my company announced that they are hiring a new Human Resource Representative!!! I looked over the job description and it sounds EXACTLY like what I want to do! I’m also very well qualified for the job, according to the qualifications they posted. Now, I just have to apply for this job and hopefully they’ll call me for An Interview. Any tips you can give me?
